Christian Larson

Christian Larson is a director with a distinctly visual and rhythmic approach to filmmaking. Moving effortlessly between commercials, fashion, music and film, his work is bold, playful and visually interesting. There’s an inherent rhythm to his films with an exploratory approach to editing. Images, music and movement are all tightly intertwined.

His creative world extends far beyond directing. As a musician, photographer and co-founder/Creative Director of CDLP, Christian brings an unusually broad perspective to his filmmaking, with a deep understanding of culture and brands.

His directing work includes films for Cartier, L’Oréal, Mercedes-Benz, Polestar, Lexus and Pepsi, alongside music projects for artists including Sigur Rós and Swedish House Mafia. His short film ’Valtari’ won a Swedish Grammy, while his feature documentary ’Leave the World Behind’ premiered at SXSW.
